I di not eat breakfast. The location was perfect for the conference at the Convention Center. The atmosphere was great. I was able to walk around the premises. Even though the pool was out of season, I am interested in staying again to enjoy the pools. The management staff changed my room the next day and it was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The warm cookies were delicious. Parking was easy to find and plentiful. Access to the hotel was well lit and plentiful. I enjoyed my stay.

The location was perfect. Right off the interstate and in an area with plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and other services. I had an initial issue with a room with was immediately resolved to another room. The staff was exceptional in their friendliness and customer service. The room was very clean and spacious. It was a WONDERFUL experience.

The majority of the staff was amazing! The GM was amazing at meeting the needs of her guests and finding solutions that fix immediate and unforeseen issues! Her staff was amazing and she has trained her staff to handle pressure! They respect her leadership and it shows in the condition of the property!

I enjoyed the stay. I think bottle water should be provided if you are providing coffee and brewer in-room. Mississippi has a water problem..and I don’t drink the water.

Compared to your next door neighbor a much better stay. The halls were well lite and felt secure. The elevators was quick and clean, the panel was clean. The staff were courteous and very friendly

Super clean room. I am super OCD about cleanliness, and am always reluctant to stay in hotels. I even check for bed bugs before I put anything on the bed. I was very impressed. Great job!
